Movemax range of Seamless Specialty Belts are made under these key concepts; i.e.

 

• We tailor-make belts for you.

• Our belts are mainly rubber base with various carcasses (base belts).

• Most importantly, they are one-off vulcanized in most cases

 

We are therefore experienced in dealing with the crucial needs of the customers who may have encountered problems on layer separations and splice failures, etc.

 

The major characteristics of Movemax Specialty Belts are:

1. One-off vulcanization, therefore no splice and very uniform thickness throughout the entire length of the belt.

2. One-off moulded belt, so no risk of layer separation and run over relatively smaller pulley diameter.

3. The base belts can be flat belt, rubber timing belts and poly-V belts when necessary and have them vulcanized together with the additional rubber cover required.

4. We provide your required shore hardness and most of your selected color on the additional rubber covers.
