Rubber Poly-V Belts

 

In comparison with traditional V-belt drives, the system with poly-V belts may achieve a potential higher performance of maximum 50% due to the structure characteristics of the multi-V shpe on the running side. 

Poly-V belt provides  low noise drive with very low vibration, thanks to the advantageous features as follows:

 

• The drive can be equipped with smaller pulleys and make the driving system as compact as possible for the sake of the high flexibility of poly-V belts.

• The thinner body of poly-V belt makes it possible to drive additional accessories/idlers, when necessary, without affecting belt life.

• Multi-V shape of poly-V belts ensures  better contact with pulleys on the system that results in low vibration and thus get a noise-free power trnsmission in most of the industrial applications.
